While the deadline is April 1, some of our
volunteers have asked to
submit photos with patients or clients whom they visit with their
canine therapist. If you would like to do that, you must first ask permission from the client (or guardian) and then
from the facility. A photo release can be downloaded by clicking here: photo release and permission form. This must be signed and then sent
to the Paws
mailing address: 1370 Trancas St., PMB 127, Napa,
CA 94558. Please identify the canine, the facility, and include a brief description or story of the dog's and patient's relationship on the permission slip. We ask that you make every effort to submit these photos and mail permissions by April 8. Digital photos are preferred, but if you have photos that have been developed (NOT prints from scans), we will use those and make every effort to return them to you. Again, make sure you identify the dog and describe the situation and include the signed permission form. Don't have access to a digital camera? We have two people who can help you who are both professional photographers. Jodi Schneider (Napa) and Christine Bond (Solano) are kindly donating their services to Paws for Healing. If you would like to contact them, the following is their contact information.
